"A while back I needed a plumber for a small job at home. I called one of the "well known" companies. I had to push 1 for English, then some other number to talk to a service rep. We haggled over times and rates and I had to hear a few corporate slogans. The plumber who arrived for the work was cocky and arrogant. This time I called handy Tom, he answered on the first ring. I asked him if he could fix my hot water heater, he said sure no problem. He arrived early the next morning and did a terrific job. Tom is a great guy and I would recommend him every time."
